Online Store Terms

Product Information

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, unauthorized resale, payment issues, or violations of these terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after processing begins.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. CaliVoltz is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

All Sales Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit for incorrect sizing, color selection, incompatibility, change of mind, accidental purchases, or unwanted items.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact calivoltz2@gmail.com within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, address problems, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring tracking information. Additional shipping terms are explained in our Shipping Policy and are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Safe and Lawful Product Use

Customers are responsible for using products safely, correctly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, manufacturer instructions, warnings, and age restrictions.

Installation, modification, or use of electrical, mechanical, vehicle, battery, or performance-related products may involve risk. Professional installation should be used when appropriate. CaliVoltz is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, citations, or legal consequences resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, neglect, or unlawful use.

Intellectual Property

All original website content—including our name, branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, videos, and website design—is owned by or licensed to CaliVoltz and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
