We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds or store credit. This includes purchases involving incorrect sizing, color selection, change of mind, or accidental orders. Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, photos, prices, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they have been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at calivoltz2@gmail.com  within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Items should not be returned without prior authorization.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By completing a purchase from CaliVoltz,  you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
